| West Hartford: NEW UPDATE for Residents We would like to take this opportunity to thank the residents of West Hartford for their understanding and patience. Please keep in mind: Do not use the new automated barrels until the week of October 1, 2007, unless directed otherwise. For general information and tips on the new service, refer to Details on Using Your Barrel and Details on Using Your Recycling Bin. Paine's will also be performing the bulky and metal collections starting the week of October 1, 2007. You may purchase a permit from the Town of West Hartford web site, www.westhartford.org, and then call Paine's at 860-658-9481 to schedule a pickup. If you are unable to access the internet, Paine's can assist you with the purchase of the permit. We are presently scheduling pickups for the week of October 1, 2007. Please remember to have your barrel out on trash day by 6:00am. Some prefer to put it out the night before to be sure. We may be arriving at your home at a different time than you are used to. We look forward to working in partnership with West Hartford to provide the best service possible. |
